How do I restore my purchase?

Go to the Subscription page in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the original purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > AstroQi > Cancel Subscription.
Android: Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > AstroQi > Cancel.

How is my fortune calculated?

AstroQi uses traditional Chinese metaphysics systems including I Ching, BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny), Feng Shui principles, and Zi Wei Dou Shu (Purple Star Astrology) to generate personalized readings based on your birth date and time.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes. We take your privacy seriously. Your birth date and profile information are stored securely. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
